i'm not totally sure who this woman is but i like what she has going on here.the length of her skirt is perfect. i love the sloppy shirt and vest. and the belt and scarf!
i would have styled it more if it were me... cinched the waist, shortened the vest, and made the scarf really long.
i also love what's happening here. that woman's dress on the right and the center parts. i wish i could part my hair in the center...
